Finances

At the first meeting of the year, the incoming Retreat Organizers will propose a budget which will be ratified by all Members.  The budget money will be given to the Retreat Organizers on or before the second meeting of the Year.  The Retreat Organizers will track all expenses and will provide reconciliation at the end of the year or at any time requested by any Member.  No money will be refunded if a Member leaves (for any reason) the Group.
