All electronic devices will be turned to OFF during the entire 90 minute Real Leaders meeting. If a Member cannot focus for 90 minutes, that is an issue to work with the group.  If a Member has an emergency, the Member may leave their electronic device on silent (after unanimous consent of the Members).  Deals in the ordinary course of business are not to be considered an “emergency”.  All other distractions and interruptions will be kept to a minimum and the phones should never be a distraction to yourself or others.  For the Group to be effective, each Member must be fully present and disconnected from the distractions of work and the daily stresses and obligations of life.
