Punctuality, Meeting Dates, Protocol, and Membership

We will start and end our Forum meetings on time.
All Members will be visible on screen, in a quiet, private location (not a car, airport check-in etc.) with no one else present.
The Forum Chair will set the time and location of meetings in advance.
Dates will be set during the first meeting of the year.
Once set, meeting dates will not be changed unless the majority of members have a conflict.
Group Norms will be reviewed and re-signed in the first meeting of the year.
The Group will consist of up to 8 to 12 Members. Every January Members will agree on what core competency they would like to add to the Group and invite a leader they know to apply to join them.
Each member will respond to WhatsApp/emails/phone calls with a sense of urgency and always within 24 hours.
