All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You understand and acknowledge that the Personal Information of third parties should not be provided to us through User Contributions without the affirmative consent of those third parties.
We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of the Website. We are also not responsible, or liable to any third party, for any privacy violations that result from the Personal Information of a third party that is submitted to us through your User Contributions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Arbitration

You hereby agree that, as a final means of settling any dispute, legal suit, action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or the Website, the Parties shall submit to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association for commercial arbitration with hearings to be conducted in Clark County, Nevada. The proceedings may be conducted by teleconference for the convenience of any Party, and the findings of the arbitrator shall be binding, final and enforceable on the Parties and such findings may be reduced to judgment in a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Any cause of action you have arising out of use of this site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
